Potter's Birthday on the New Bridge

Bea and Kellee had a very unique, and possibly illegal, way to celebrate Potter's 50th birthday. They served margaritas at the top of the new bridge across the Mississippi River. If you ever decide to climb over the "no trespassing" signs and walk to the top, I recommend you wear comfortable shoes. It is a LONG walk, but with a beautiful view.

Geoff and I were concerned

since we couldn't see any signs of a party ahead.

I think I had already stopped to rest about three times at this point.

Kellee had posted signs along the way to keep us entertained and motivated.

Finally, we could see people!

What a wonderful site. Friends and ice cold margaritas waiting on us.
